2. The short version
This website has no user accounts, no forms, no comment function, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising and no embedded social-media content. It sets no cookies. The fonts are served from this website itself, not from an external provider.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes technical data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser/device type. This is necessary to deliver the pages and to keep the site secure and stable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes and is then deleted. The website is hosted by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 München, Germany, on servers in Germany. The hosting provider processes this data for the operation of the website.
4. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your email address and your message to answer you. The legal basis is your request or our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence when the matter is finished, unless we are legally obliged to keep it.
5. Links to other websites
This website links to Amazon, Instagram and TikTok. These are plain links: nothing is loaded from those services while you read this website. Once you click a link, you leave this site and the privacy policy of that service applies.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To use these rights, write to elke@elke-stevens.com.
